• Yes, you can setup Alexa as a assistant. The XM3 has more bass comparing to XM2 or XM4, but not sure how deep bass you need. Any way you can use equalizer.

For the bass, please download the Sony I Headphones Connect app to use Smart Listening by Adaptive Sound Control, control your ambient sound settings and adjust the sound levels with the equalizer and adjust the bass to your preference.
