Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately this device cannot switch between bluetooth enabled devices and it appears it will always pair with a phone. I do the following: Turn the bluetooth on your phone off. Pair with the TV. If you turn the phone bluetooth back on, it will pair with the phone to make/receive calls. An inelegant solution but it works.
