I have Dish. I had to dig for the info to get the headphones working with my TVs (LG newish smart TVs) and in my case, it’s the tv NOT Dish that is the key factor. Spoke with Bose support for over 2 hours. He suggested that it may have been a defective Bluetooth. I returned them and got another new pair and experienced the same issue again. I returned and exchanged for the Sony 1000XM3. These are far superior headphone in every category. not issues to repair. Perfect! I suggest trying a pair.
