• I am using a bluetooth transmitter that connects via optical and have 0 issues with the audio. Best buy sells them but they are a little pricey.

• I know it should have backward compatible but for your TV, I would buy a MEE bluetooth adapter for TV, which allow you to connect to any bluetooth devices
