I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and my son has a Samsung phone. It works fine with his phone.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You do NOT need to exchange them for a different set. I personally use these headphones with my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Changing tracks, adjusting volume, and play/pausing music with the touch controls on the right side of the headphones works as advertised regardless of which device is connected to them via bluetooth. Just be sure to download Sony's Headphones app. Instructions and a QR code are supplied in the box. Enjoy!
