• I am embarrassed...got these Sony MH1000XM3 headphones for my disabled son, but I am disabled because I don't know how to set them up so he can play music.

• There is a physical button you can press. Additionally, for just temporary muting of everything, you can cover your right ear with your hand, and it will amplify outside noises (i.e. if someone is trying to talk to you).

• If you’re plugged in to an audio source, you just use the off button. Not sure if you’re connected to Bluetooth, sry I’ve never tried.
