QuestionI gave up my Beats because they hurt my ears after about 10 minutes. Will these be better? Maybe I have large ears????!

- Answer yeah, they will be much better in sound and also in comfort, Beats is a on the ear headphone and cushioning in that is not that amazing. And they literally have zero bass. These on the other hand are actually Sony's flagship headphones and they are over the ear, which meand they don't sit on the ear. They do hurt a bit after like 4 hours of continuos use for me.

- Answer Yes they should be compatible with your vehicle all you have to do is go on the Alexa app and pair your device with Nissan mylink and go to Bluetooth that's what I did with mine

- Answer These headphones come with an aux cable so you should be able to use them wired to your iPod or phone! You just might need an aux to lightning or aux to USB-C to connect them to your phone since most phones don’t have headphone jacks anymore.

- Answer That depends on your TV. Some TVs - specifically some of Sony's own Bravia models - have this ability but it's not common. But it comes down to your TV having that functionality - not the headphones.

- Answer Hi Mark, Thanks for your inquiry! You can use the supplied headphone cable. However, the plane's entertainment system must have headphones audio out port. Additionally, they include a plug adapter for in-flight use, allowing you to enjoy the in-flight entertainment system. Some airlines may require this adapter in addition to the supplied 3.5mm headphone cable. If the airlines allow using Bluetooth headphones, then you can use it wirelessly. To use Bluetooth headphones, you will need to connect Bluetooth transmitter to the headphones jack and pair with your headphones. Hope this helps. Regards, Jess

Most Sony headphones, including the WH-1000XM4 can be used as noise canceling headphones by connecting a device via the supplied headphone cable and with the headphones turned on. If you connect the supplied headphone cable while using the noise canceling function with a Bluetooth connection, the Bluetooth function is turned off, but you can continue to use the noise canceling function. The Sony WH-1000XM4 utilizes our improved Precise Voice Pickup Technology which reduces background noise during phone calls and delivers clearer voice quality to the other person on the phone. This controls five of the microphones in the headphones optimally and performs advanced audio signal processing to pick up voices clearly and precisely for hands-free calls and Speak-to-Chat. That being said, the noise canceling function of the headphones works differently during a call than when playing music. If you hear ambient sound, headphone operation sound, or white noise (i.e., a small electrical noise with continuous static sound) during a call, that is an effect of Sidetone and not a malfunction. - Answer Yeah the headphones works for android and IPhone (IOS) just having bluetooth activated and installing the Sony Sound Connect app for using them and customize everything. Making the experiende unique.

The WH-1000XM4 has Industry-leading noise canceling with Dual Noise Sensor technology that will provide one of the best noise cancelling experience. To give you an idea about the noise canceling function of the unit, it is most effective in low frequency (bass) noise, such as noise made by vehicles or air conditioning, but not all sounds can be completely canceled.
