QuestionI just received the Sony WH-CH700N series headphones and the very first thing I read is to not use them on a plane due to possible radio waves affecting instruments, which can cause an accident? Is this just old thinking?

QuestionJust purchased Samsung Smart TV and a set up Sony Wireless headphones that we set up on TV via Bluetooth. The problem is only the person wearing the headphones can hear the TV. Is there anyway we can do both. headphones WH CH 700N. all purchased from Best

- Answer Hi Molly, you may have to check if the TV is capable of outputting audio from its own speakers and a connected audio device simultaneously. We have TVs that are capable of doing so. Thanks, -Mark

QuestionWill these headphones have latency issues if paired with a Bluetooth transmitter connected to a TV? I searched and found that they support AptX and AptX HD on Sony’s website. I want to get these for my dad and not have lag issues between audio and video.

- Answer I use the AptX HD all the time while watching video on my phone. I also watch video over "normal" Bluetooth on my laptop. I haven't tried connecting to a TV, however I've had no latency issues to report from my use.

QuestionWhere can I find Windows 7 drivers for these headphones? They paired to my computer just fine, but Windows was unable to find a suitable driver. There is no driver available that I can find on sony.com.

- Answer I have been faced the same problem and what I did was reinstalling the Bluetooth drivers. In my case I have downloaded from Dell's Support Web site. https://www.dell.com/support/home/ca/en/cabsdt1/ Good luck!
