you might need to connect them to the aux port if the tv has one. These are mainly blue tooth headphones and your tv must support blue tooth to connect wirelessly. It looks like you have one of them antique rear projector tvs. So like i said if it has an aux port you'll need to plug them into it that way to get them to work. Although, that way you'll lose all the features the headphones have like the volume control, noise cancelling, and ambient sound. Also i would suggest getting some 8mm aux cable extensions if you do choose to hook them up this way. Hope this helps.
