Hi DonD, Thank you so much for your question. You can use these headphones for your workout sessions. However, this model doesn't have an IPX rating since it's not waterproof. Please be careful when using the unit in the rain or snow, in humid locations or when using the unit while you are sweaty. If water or a foreign object enters the unit, the headphones might damage.
