• Airplane adapter is not included. Not many 'cans' have them...find an adapter on the WWW and buy these, then thank me later. Yer welcome.

• It doesn't need an adaptor if your plane has a single jack (3-conductor) as the planes that I've flown in did. If the planes only have a dual jack (2-prong), then you would need an adaptor. Some planes that I have flown in do only have 2-prong jacks.
