Some tv's have a headphone setting, check your audio settings and switch from tv speakers to headphones.....
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried pressing the autotune button on the headset to find the right frequency? Are you sure you have the base plugged into the correct audio output? are you using the cord that came with the unit? Ours works with no problems - I did have to autotune for first use, but it found the right frequency and has worked ever since.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You may need to push the reset button more than once on the right side of the phones. I have had to do that for the same reason.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is a small channel switch on the headset. You can change the channel (I think there are 3 different frequencies). Just press the button to change the channel. I had the same problem, changed the channel and VOILA - perfect sound.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If your T.V. has a headphone jack. Turn the volume all the way down. Then plug in to the headphone jack. My headphones will not work when connected to the R.C.A. "audio out jacks" of my audio receiver that's connected to my television.
