“the sound on my set has changed to a reverb. I know its not my source, a mac . Do i need to reset to factory to restore original sound? Could this be a low charge? New to XB950N1”

• Did you check the app? it could be the settings on the app has change.

• Hi OldGuy, there is a possibility that the headphone is low on battery power and requires charging. Resetting it is also an option. You may refer to page 103 of this link for the reset/initialize procedure: https://docs.sony.com/release//Help_4689647111.pdf Thanks, -Mark
