We understand just how frustrating and disheartening this experience must be for you. We have looked into this for you, but regrettably, we do not have a system in place to track or locate speakers using serial numbers or update logs. We recommend that you contact your insurance provider or the financial institution used for the purchase to explore any available theft protection or coverage.
