“Is the warranty worldwide? I travel around the world for business at least quarterly. So, I need a phone that has global warranty. I only travel to developed countries and thus I am pretty sure that SONY has repair center at these places.”

• SONY Customer Service & Support is awful. SONY will not touch a phone if presented for repair anywhere outside the country of purchase. In other words, warranty is only good in U.S. This is a big issue for a lot of SONY customers like you who travel abroad. Do not expect SONY to stand behind your phone if it fails while you are out of the U.S.
