- Confirm the speaker is fully charged Hold Bluetooth and Vol+ for around 5-10seconds to reset - Reset the speaker by holdin Bluetooth and Vol+ for around 5-10seconds to reset - See if it will connect after doing all those steps - Try the speaker with another device - Ensure there are no physical objects hindering the Bluetooth connection from the SoundCore to the device they're connected to (such as a doorway or wall)
