Yes, the mute button is on the right side earpiece. Best part is that if you take your headset off after muting you'll be reminded by seeing a red light on the mic piece.

Yes-there is a button that you can press. Once pressed, it will pop up slightly and show a red outline; the mic will also lite up red to let you know you’re muted (See picture).
