• It has Bluetooth connectivity so if your PC has Bluetooth then you should be able to. I am able to connect to my MAC using these.

• Yes, you can plug it in with the 3.5mm plug. Or if you PC has bluetooth you can plug it in that way.. OR you can buy the usb connector for xbox controllers, and it can connect that way
