• you can pair them to your pc via wireless adapter. i havent tried to use the bluetooth while paired to a pc via adapter, but with my xbox, the bluetooth feature to my phone is great, so you might be able to

• With the Xbox Wireless Adapter yes you can I used mine on the PC and Xbox One.
