“I bought this about and my friends through Xbox kept telling me how terrible I sounded. I decided to return it and get the same one again because maybe it was just a bad one. But when connecting the new one there wasn’t a difference. How do I fix this?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same problem with the headphones, so I think it may just be how the headset mic works. Personally, if I don't end up returning them, I'm just going to use them as normal headphones as well as just a headset when I'm playing solo, and when I need to talk to my friends, I'll just use my wired headset.
