This headset has been glitching and it’s making it impossible to do anything. This is not worth $200 and I can’t fix the problem what do I do? null

So i just got mine xmas eve and im returning it. If you're on PC everything I've read/looked up/ talked to Steelseries about says you need the xbox wireless adapter. If you're on console, I have no clue!!!!! I'm having issues with them staying connected even with the wireless adapter if i get up to get a drink out the fridge.
