Can I use it on skis? null

Absolutely, used it on my mustang GT at decent speeds.

It might be possible, but it's likely not going to be the best solution. The narrowness of the skis (all edges of the suction cup need to be in contact with the surface) and the flex that you get with skis make it tough. If you want to put the GoPro on the skis, an adhesive mount is going to be a good option to look at.
