• Since it's a Nintendo published game and the entire package is under 5gb according to Nintendo's site for the digital version, I would say it is very likely that all games are on the cartridge. Usually that's a problem with 3rd parties trying to cheap out and use smaller carts, or in the case of Capcom with the MegaMan collections, trying to devalue used copies.
