Yes, the rewards points can take 15-20 days after your game ships, but you’ll still receive them. My experience has been much faster than Best Buy’s advertised 15-20, I ordered most of the games with that bonus and received the points in closer to 3-5 business days after.

The answer to your question is yes!. You will.absolutely receive the $10 rebate! Although you pre-ordered long in advance, it does not count against you. To meet the final two requirement standards, you must :
(1) Pick up the game within 48 hrs (launch date: 10/27/17). (2) Satisfy the remaining balance owed.
