“I preordered this game on the 19th and I picked it up on the 28th, When would my rewards points for the purchase show up in my account? 15 days after the 28th? or 15 days after the 19th? Thanks”

I think it’s 7 Days you have to pick up the game for the rewards to count

It’s based on the day you got the game, and though the site advertises 15-20 days my experience has been faster getting the points. If by 20 days you do not see the points contact customer service.

Ok i just checked today and I actually got my rewards points today. So it was 15 days after the 19th.
