I think it’s 7 Days you have to pick up the game for the rewards to count

It’s based on the day you got the game, and though the site advertises 15-20 days my experience has been faster getting the points. If by 20 days you do not see the points contact customer service.

I assume after the 28th since they don't withdraw your money until near the release date so it is technically not a purchase until picked up
