“Hi! I just got my BMX e-bike and I've fully charged the battery per instructions. I press and hold the display button down for 3 seconds, but the e-bike display won't turn on. Help!”

Hi Jo! There's a safety button for your BMX battery to connect to the display. It prevents your battery from draining. It's located at the bottom of your frame, near the pedals and the chain. Press this down once and try turning on your display again. Just note, you only have to press this down once if you are using your e-bike daily. Your e-bike will charge if this button is pressed down or not. If you are storing your BMX e-bike for a long time, you can press it again so that the button pops out when it's not in use. We've attached a photo for your reference!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.At the bottom of frame holding the battery, there is a button underneath that has to be pressed in to send power to the display. No idea why, but you can charge the bike with the button either pressed in or popped out.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Under the bottom of the main post is a button. Press it to stay in and it will allow power to your controller. You can charge the bike with or without the button being turned off. No idea why the extra button.
