Will this be a comfortable fit for a Lenovo Yoga 730? null

I don't know about the specific computer you mention, but my laptop is 13" x 9.5" x 1.25" and it fits PERFECTLY. Not too tight, but no room to spare. There is a front pocket for the charger and other items.

This bag fits laptops 13.3 inches. It fits my MacBook and my Lenovo yoga 6 both in the middle compartment. I am able to fit my composition notebook in the side pocket. It has a zipper to secure your personal belongs and behind that is another compartment like in the bag that I place my school work in. This is a secure and easy little bag to tote around without carrying a huge and heavy backpack.
