• Yes, the sleeve has handles on either side.

• I do not believe this case comes in brown. This case does have two handles, but no shoulder strap.

• Don't know about the fit and other colors, but the case has handles.

• Only Black and no handles.

• Believe only comes in black. There are strap handles on top center of each side and work perfectly to carry laptop.
