Not really good with measurements, but it does fit a 14 inch laptop. My measurements in inches the inside of sleeve is 14 inches wide and 10 1/2 - 11 inch in height. From what I can see measuring my laptop the screen diagonal is 14 inch. Far as the width is almost 13 inches and 9 inches in height.

The inside measurements are 13.5 x 10 loosely without stretching to achieve these numbers. I use it for my Samsung Book Flex A 13.3 with room to spare. I'm almost sure it could handle up to or more than an inch thick.
