“If I'm only using this for over-the-air channels via an antenna, how do I change channels? I don't have internet, so I wouldn't have access to the channel guide, and the Roku remote doesn't appear to have channel buttons.”

Currently, our smart TVs do not support the direct input of channel numbers. However, you can press the left arrow key to populate a channel list and navigate channels this way. If your TV is connected to the Internet, the channel list will also populate a guide showing you was is playing and what will be playing. Additionally, you can enable "favorites" for over the air channels so that your most watched channels will automatically appear towards the top. To enable favorites you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Enable. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
