• The remote does not feature numeric buttons as the TV does not currently support the direct input on channel numbers for antenna TV. For external devices like a cable box, you would want to use that device's remote to control it. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

• The remote is very basic - very few buttons. There are no numeric keys on the remote. There is a button for Netflix, for You Tube, and Prime Video.
