• No that's DVR Digital Video Recorder. HDR is High Dynamic Range it is a larger color spectrum

• HDR stand for "High Dynamic Range" and is a technology that improves the range of color and contrast in a digital image. Our TCL Roku TVs do not have DVR capabilities. However, if you connect a USB Drive to your TV you can access Live TV Pause.
