“My friend has this TV and the amber colored indicator light on the front bottom is constantly on when the TV is powered on. Is there a way to turn that light off? We were able to disable it for when the TV is off/in standby but it stays on when tv is on”

We dont have any light on...no matter if tv is on or off. So not sure what she has going on...she might want to call Best Buy tech support if its still under 6 months old.
