Yes it has a cable TV hookup, and yes it has an ethernet cable hookup. Cat 6 will handle up to 10Gbps for 55 meters (180 feet). Yes it will work with fiber internet, and I have not experienced any lag in streaming movies in all the apps I have used (Netflix, Youtube,Hulu/Disney/Max, Amazon/Paramount+/Hallmark+/Discovery)
