The 65" and lower have a 60 Hz refresh rate. The 75" version which launched in 2019 has a 120Hz CMI which refers to the actual display's refresh rate. You will also see a 480 Natural Motion mentioned, this is a strobe effect. As the display will will refresh about every 8ms due to being 120Hz it will also strobe 4 times for each frame (2 ms) giving the illusion of an even higher refresh rate.
