“Hi, I purchased the TCL 75Q825 a few months ago and have audio issues when turning on the tv with the ROKU or cable remote. Most of the time it works well, but occasionally the volume doesn't come on or is muffled. Any suggestions?”

That happened to me once a few months ago. I just unplugged the tv, replugged it back in, and presto!
