• No, it is not ATSC 3.0. Only the kickstarter HDHomeRun ATSC 3.0 box is just now starting to become commercially available. Other than Portland, all other cities I am aware of have scrapped plans to convert to NextGen due to Covid. It will probably be a year or two before it starts becoming available.

• TCL TVs continue to feature digital TV tuners with advanced program guides and an available live TV pause feature from broadcast channels.  There are no plans to support ATSC 3.0 tuners. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
