“How do you get closed caption to work on the TCL tv brand? There is not an option for closed captioning in the menu.”

• You can access closed captions by going to Home>Settings>Accessibility. Additionally, most streaming channels and external devices also have their own closed caption settings. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
