QuestionWill this device transfer the old music & photos from a PS3 HDD that was removed when a PS3 system failed due to an unrelated problem? The pix stored on it are dear and unreplaceable & the music is quite old & hard to find as well.

- Answer I was under the impression that the data on the PS3 drive is encrypted and the encryption scheme is in part linked to the internal serial number of a chip in the old PS3, hence the data will not be able to be extracted in any usable form. Let us know how you make out.
