• I use it for my ipad pro 12.9 and it barely fits.. In my humble opinion the answer to your question is a “no”… U should look for a 15-16” sleeve.

• no, I don't think it will, I bought this for a Samsung Pro 360 13" and if barely fits, and its dimensions are 11.91 x 7.95 almost the same specs for the air 13 M1.
