Brook, that is a great question, thank you for asking! It is not recommended to use any other third-party solutions in the FloorOne S3. The floor washer is designed to be used with Tineco cleaning solutions to optimize the amount of bubbles that are produced with cleaning solutions. Third-party solutions can cause an overabundance of bubbles when cleaning that could fill up the dirty water tank within minutes of use. Thanks!
