can you use on deluxe vinyl plank floors null

I use mine on my gray vinyl flooring and have zero issues for the last 2 years. My contractor who remodeled my home, let me know that the vinyl flooring can withstand water and I had a washer leak and was absolutely terrible LOL but flooring was fine.
