“Can this be used on manufactured hardwood floors that do have spacing between them? Concern is..water getting In between and the floor buckling. Thank you”

I'd contact the flooring company. I use mine with hardwood floor and I haven't noticed anything. It leaves very little water as it sucks it back up again with the vacuum feature but I don't think you could say so for sure.
