Both get you the game on EA's digital distribution system: Origin. The benefit for Download only, No disc included is that it nets you the Gamer's Club 20% off discount and any other discounts, where as the Digital Download is severely restricted on what discounts can be applied.

The option labeled "Digital Download" sends you an email with a direct link to download the game.
