“Control does not allow cursor to move side to side. (this is the round control which does not respond.) What shall I do?”

• Unplug the unit from the wall outlet or power strip for at least 30 seconds. It should reset on it's own. Had the same problem a few weeks ago and unplugging solved the problem.

• Try this, to Factory Reset the Remote, press and hold at the same time the DPAD-left, Back (↩) and Menu (≡) buttons for at least 10 seconds.
