“I have Dish satellite and would like to use as second tv. How do I connect so I can get Dish on this tv? if I plug coaxial from wall to antenna, how do I tune to (say) Channel 3 so I can see Dish screen?”

For best video quality connect your Satellite Box to the TV using an HDMI cable. If you connect a coaxial cable, to do a Channel Scan go to Home > Settings > Live TV > Channel Scan. Also the app DISH Anywhere by DISH Network LLC is available for the Fire TV Edition experience. David M. - Toshiba Support
