“My remote seems to have stopped working. Just the wheel which is pretty critical to operating the TV. I tried ordering a universal remote and no luck. Help! Is there a replacement remote for this TV?”

I would contact Toshiba first. Next I would try Amazon to see if they carry a replacement remote. Being a fire TV I doubt any universal remote would work. If under warranty contact Bestbuy.

Try this, to Factory Reset the Remote, press and hold at the same time the DPAD-left, Back (↩) and Menu (≡) buttons for at least 10 seconds. To pair the remote again, press the Home button for up to a minute. If the issue persists, please call 1 (855) 527-2411 available from 8 am to 9 pm CT everyday.
