does this TV have a digital tuner null

My very local cable company, D&E/Windstream, sends me 78 low definition analog channels, the highest nuimber being 98, and 37 high definition digital channels starting at 99.1, the highest number being 126.1. On setting up my newly purchased TV I found that it correctly identified the analog channels, but only two digital channels 99.1 and 99.2 , a serious limitation. I do not know whether this is a fault in the particular TV, or a design flaw.
