I don’t know I bought an open box tv in excellent condition and it didn’t come with a remote nor screws for the legs. So don’t buy an open box, none of them…excellent is guaranteed to have all stuff. Well, it didn’t now I am stuck with a tv that I can’t use… Thanks Best Buy. I think I’ll pay off my card & stay away from there
