QuestionWe recently bought this tv and connected our satellite with 4K HD HDMI cables. This tv does not have the 4K picture like our Sony does. It doesn’t have that ultra crisp picture on chrome cast or satellite. Is there a setting I’m missing?

QuestionWe have the 49.5 toshiba. I wanted to know if you heard anything about the hanging bracket that nails it to the wall “no studs needed”to anchor. If you heard of it will the other bracket mount to the back of tv. Thank you.

QuestionI have an Audio only flash drive/USB that I tried to put in my Toshiba 50L711U18 tv but after selecting the USB input it won't play the sound files. Do I need to do something else?

- Answer Unless you have an SUV I do not foresee this fitting in a standard size car. I have a full size truck with a tool box in the back and the Box the TV came in, standing up in the back of my truck, one end touched the tool box and the other almost touched the tailgate. I'm sorry I don't have the dimensions but I think this may give you a good idea.

- Answer The TV itself doesn’t have an interface to use YouTube TV. You need your phone to cast it to the TV. Same with Netflix and HBOGO Although kind of weird, I have YouTube TV and it does the job.

QuestionDoes this TV upscale 1440P/1080P to 4K well in gaming? Does it has integer-ratio scaling feature to prevent blurry when scaling up?

- Answer Well 1440p will upscale better than 1080p. However, when I play a game that runs at 1080, it looks great. But 720p looks pretty bad tho.

- Answer Yes, the tv has energy star built in, I haven’t noticed any different in my bill, and if your really concerned, the tv does have a power save mode.

QuestionWhat is the width from the farthest left end of the stand to the farthest right end of the stand. I do not mean the distance between the stand, but rather the entire space from far end to far end of the stand. Thank you.

QuestionWhen I used the Roku 4 which connected with my Toshiba 50'' 4K UHD TV to play the amazon 4K video. It did not work. The Roku stuck phenomenon always happened. I don't know why and what is the problem? But if I didn't play the 4k, it worked normally.

- Answer Try to at least get through the setup process by plugging your modem into the pack of the tv via Ethernet.

QuestionI found the user manual for this set on Toshiba's website. It clearly states to connect it to your router to use a cable so does it have a Wifi capability ? Has anyone connected this set using Wifi? Thanks

- Answer Wifi at 5GHz works fine for me. There is an ethernet port as well.
